What areas do we service?

As we are located in Hamilton we can only service the following areas: Hamilton, Ngaruawahia, Huntly, Tamahere, Cambridge, Morrinsville, Raglan, Te Aroha, Ohaupo, Te Awamutu, Taupiri, Matamata, Morrinsville, Ohinewai, Te Kauwhata, Te Kowhai, Kihikihi. 

Do we delivery party equipment only to events/venues?

No, we do not deliver party equipment that has been ordered on its own (unless specified on the rental equipment description). All party equipment hired must be collected by the customer & returned back by the customer. 

If you have booked a package that includes party equipment within the package ordered then we will deliver this, set it up & collect after (unless stated otherwise on package). 

How long can I have my rental equipment I have hired for?

When you hire any of our rental equipment, the date that you book on our website for your hire product will be the duration of how long you have hired that equipment for unless agreed to otherwise by us. If you require the day before pick up another day hire will be charged. 

What size transport do I need to collect rental equipment items?

We recommend bringing a medium to large sized transport to collect your items. Depending on the size of your order should help you determine how big of an transport you require to collect all items safely. We do not allow any of our party rental equipment to be placed into back of ute's or trailers. We reserve the right to cancel any party equipment items hired (without refund) upon collection if we deem it at risk of being damaged during transportation. 

How long can can we hire the bouncy castles & soft play for?

Our bouncy castles/ bounce house hire period is for an total of 6 hours max. Any of our soft play packages are for an total of 4 hours hire duration for your event. Set up time required for our crew to set up packages/castles will not impact or go into your hire time as your hire period is purely allocated for playtime fun only!

How soon do you recommend booking an service or package with us?

We always recommend booking sooner rather than later with us to save you from disappointment as we have an maximum number of event set ups or services we can do per weekend. Our bouncy castles / soft play / balloon packages are our  must popular services we offer so we strongly urge customers to book with us as soon as they can to secure items/services for their event date. We require an 50% (non-refundable) deposit to secure your items / services with the remaining balance to be paid 1 week prior to your booking date.

What is the best way to book a rental product or service with us?

There are a couple of different ways to book with us!

The best, fastest & easiest way to book any of our items is via our website. We also do have an shop based in Frankton, Hamilton where you can view, chat & book all things party with us too! For quick easy answers we recommend giving us an call on our shop number (07) 846 4826 too!

How long does it take for a bouncy castle, balloon package or softplay take to set up? 
Our bouncy castle crew will need 20 minutes to allow them enough time to safely install the castle. If it is more than 1 castle being delivered to your event please allow more set up time. 
Balloon packages can take up to 10mins - 30minutes to install. Most balloon packages are made off site so all we need to do is delivery, position & leave you to enjoy the rest of your day on your event. 
Softplay packages can take up to 30minutes - 1 hour to set up depending on the size of the package ordered. 

Can we pick up and set up our own bouncy castle or soft play.

No unfortunately, we do not allow pick ups. Our bouncy castle & soft play crew must deliver, set up & pack down due to Health a Safety regulations, the only castles that can be picked up by our customers is our toddler castles.

What is your wet weather and wind policies in relation to our bouncy castles / bounce house?

Sunshine is not always guaranteed, so in the best interest of your event we recommend having a backup location indoors or undercover where we can proceed as planned with equipment hire if weather is not permitting. Kindly note that rain and excessive wind policies apply for safety.

In the event where no indoor backup location has been provided and outdoor set up is not possible due to high forecast winds and/or rain, the booking deposit paid is credited to a future booking with us.

How much space do I need for the bubble house

Dimensions of the Bubble House include a 4 metre diameter dome, 2 metre tunnel and height of 3.2 metres.

To ensure safety and function of our Bubble House, you will require a minimum floor space of 6 x 8 metres and minimum height of 3.3 metres.

Do I need to clean the Bubble House ?

Cleaning and removal of internal balloons is all included in the cost of your hire and done by staff upon collection.  

If equipment is unclean beyond what is to be expected (small debris & minor easy clean marks) upon collection of the equipment, an additional cleaning fee will be invoiced and must be paid within 48 hours. This may include but is not limited to excessive sticky hand prints, sunscreen, dirt, mud and marks. 

How many people can be inside the bubble house at once ?

We have a 6 person limit inside the Bubble House at any given time to promote safety and adequate air flow. 

Remember, less people = better balloon circulation!

*Laying on the floor and blocking air flow will result in lack of balloon movement.
