How do I receive my balloons?
When checking out please select either ‘pick up’ or ‘courier’ for your option.
Pick up - You will receive an notification via email when they are ready for collection (between 24 – 72 hours of placing order).
If it is courier option selected we will post balloons out to you. We charge a flat rate for courier delivery, however if your order does exceed a certain weight another invoice will be sent to pay for the remaining difference for delivery. Balloons will not be sent out until full courier fee has been paid (where applicable).
